The Theory Guides are perfect for any player that has basic understanding of hockey and looking to build the foundation for stickhandling.

If you´re a beginner to working out then I would recommend going through my free training before hopping on the physical training guides.

I AM ALREADY TRAINING WITH MY TEAM & PLAYING GAMES - THIS MIGHT BE TOO MUCH FOR ME

The Guides were built in a way to offer the flexibility and variety you are looking for in-season.

It is not a plan you have to commit to 100%. I hate the “hustle and grind” culture (especially in-season) and that is why I included systems and ways to adjust properly if you are training with your team full-time. Programs gives you options and variety but it’s in your hands to decide how much time and energy you will invest into it on a week to week basis. The info inside the Theory Manuals will help you navigate your in-season training just perfectly.
